Namazu collage 1
I am an avid fan of namazu from Final Fantasy 14. I found their naming convention applicable as puns to many other characters, and started to draw various game characters as namazu. These drawings got incredibly popular.
The collage shows progress over drawing the characters and how my style drawing them finalized over time: earlier drawn characters are in the back towards the top, newest characters in the front towards the bottom.
Each namazu took from 1 to 3 hours to draw, depending on level of detail.
